Live. In the Moment.

Reflection time. Too many times we get caught up in our downfalls, losses and obstacles to enjoy the blessings of simply existing. We're here. The very fact that you're breathing at the moment means that you still have the opportunity to change yourself and your situation. Time is of the essence, people. While you can't control your emotions, you can control how you allow them to affect you. Our lives are shaped and shifted constantly by the choices that we make. If you choose to sit and wallow anger, ignorance, depression and other psychological vices, you'll miss precious moments that could have lifted you to unbelievable heights. I've caught myself soaking so deep in my own sadness that I couldn't see the doors that could have opened for me had I allowed them. Don't miss out, loves. Live. Laugh. Etcetera.

Yay! I love this pic, fillings in all. I think your post is a great reminder that we all need to let loose and be sure to control how things affect AND effect us.
I love you!

I feel you mama. That's why I'm having extra fun and embracing the tiniest sand grain moments during these hard times around us. Got to put that positive light out to breakup that darkness.

Just to add. . .
Never forget that every second that you're still alive is a chance to turn your life around. The only time you've failed is when your dead because then you don't have another chance. Don't get so down on yourself and your situation to the piont that you forget that, like Ain said, you are here! You are Alive! Cherish these moments, and change whatever it is that you don't like. There might be some residual affects, but you can always turn around and head in the right direction.

I love this one!! This so true, people tend to let their past thoughts and circumstances consume them on a daily basis. I'll admit; I was one of those people, but I learned to let go and let God deal with it ALL. Dwelling on things that you can no longer control, or no longer have control over is dead weight. You MUST live in the [moment], love & live life!

This is something that I'm going to blog about myself b/c I know too many people who don't want to let go!
